Driven by ITIL based best practices, Sify’s Proactive Network Monitoring and Management Services provide a comprehensive service offering to its customers with a visibility to even the minute details of their Infrastructure. The complete management of services is offered from Sify’s state of art Managed Services Network Operations Center (MS-NOC). MS-NOC will act as a Single point of ownership for all Sify associated services, which includes but not limited to, Sify’s connectivity services and Sify’s hardware AMC.

Proactive Network Monitoring and Management Service (PNMM) is available in various variants to encompass all the sub-domains of network management – Performance Reporting, End-to-End Management including 3rd party (other BSO) links, Device Management and Application Management.
